Once your order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will then carefully begin the printing and framing process. When your order is complete, delivery will be arranged and a tracking link will be provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Please allow up to two weeks for your artwork to be printed, framed, and dispatched within the UAE.

For all international order please allow for 3 weeks for items to be recieved.

Every piece from Envision Galleria is printed and hand-framed in the UAE by skilled artisans, ensuring high quality and meticulous attention to detail.

Each artwork is available in the following framed size variants:

Landscape Orientation

• A2: 59.4 × 42 cm
• A1: 84.1 × 59.4 cm
• A0: 118.9 × 84 cm

Portrait Orientation

• A2: 42 × 59.4 cm
• A1: 59.4 × 84.1 cm
• A0: 84 × 118.9 cm

White mount board & frame

• Standard A2, A1, and A0 dimensions refer to the image size only.
• Each piece includes an additional 5 cm white mount and a 2.5 cm frame, which are added to the total image dimensions.

Each artwork is framed with high quality acrylic that offers shatter- resistant protection for handling and natural UV protection for your art work.

Within the UAE, framed artworks are securely wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap and reinforced with heavy-duty cardboard corner protectors to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. To ensure safe international delivery, all artwork shipped outside the UAE is sent unframed.

• Prints are carefully rolled, wrapped, and shipped in a rigid protective tube.
• Each international print includes a 10 mm white border, in addition to the selected image size, to allow sufficient margin for professional framing by your local framer.

All framed artworks arrive ready to hang and are fitted with two secure D-rings for safe and straightforward installation.

All frames are crafted from high-quality solid timber and feature a sleek, modern profile. Each frame is precision-cut and expertly joined to ensure sharp, clean corners and long-term durability.

Frames are finished in elegant matte tones designed to complement a wide range of interiors:

• Matte Black
• Matte White

All cancellations or order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of the original purchase. As each print and frame is custom made to order, we are unable to accommodate changes once printing has begun.

We are unable to accept a return or exchange as all artwork is custom made to order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@envisiongalleria.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photo evidence of the damaged item and its packaging

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged item. After the damaged item has been successfully collected, we will proceed with producing and shipping a replacement at no additional cost to you.
